This role will take your career to the next level, responsible for developing and implementing a wholesale strategy across an impressive portfolio of lifestyle products; you will have the grit and determination to deliver each and every time. Working alongside the internal team, you will ensure an extensive and successful flow of products throughout each targeted marketplace. You will be confident and well-connected, and happy to work autonomously (primarily working from home) within a high-performing team. You Have:

  • A strong understanding of the international and domestic wholesale market and ideally have experience with the US marketplace
  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally when required and when it is deemed safe to do so
  • Ideally have experience managing large accounts
  • Have experience with lifestyle boutiques, larger retail chains, gifting sector and the ability to think later about other wholesale solutions
  • Have strong existing relationships with boutiques, retail chains, etc
  • Has worked with marketplaces and has a good understanding of dropship methods of distribution
  • Has experience with Shopify and other digital platforms

Key Accountabilities:

  • Optimise the B2B market-share of domestic and international wholesale accounts and develop a strategy to support the overall growth of the wholesale business
  • Works alongside the Brand Manager and CEO to ensure the brand tone of voice is consistent and aligned as the wholesale channel expands
  • Manage the international and key domestic accounts
  • Develop the overarching wholesale strategy for the global marketplace and identify international and domestic wholesale account opportunities
  • Develop forecasting predictions as well as executing strategic functions as well as manage the financials of the wholesale accounts
  • Has the ability to set and meet budgets
  • Work with key internal stakeholders across the business to execute effective campaigns, visual merchandising, marketing communications and market guides for the global wholesale business
  • Actively seek out gift fair opportunities and work with Brand Manager to execute visual merchandising, communication strategies and more
  • Ability to set up necessary portals on the website for streamlining processes with accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with and function of the Iconic wholesale account
